We write to officially acknowledge the 8 December handover of our new house.
In doing so, we would like to commend and thank you for your conduct of the project since we engaged you 12 months ago.
This was our first house construction and we were highly impressed by your organisational skills, proactive approach and diligence to a complex project.
In particular, we note that you were able to complete the project in eight and a half months – precisely as you had estimated. Indeed, many of our neighbours have commented most favourably on the punctuality of the project.
In addition, we noted the attention to detail and level of co-operation of the trades people that you engaged on the project.
Thank you again for your on-time delivery of the project, demonstrating your highly-developed project management and communication skills.
We wish you well for the future and would be happy to provide a reference for any prospective clients.
